 The aim of the Employement Process at Ünsal Çelik, is being get individuals into the company who will perform completely certain requirements of the position that is undertaken and who will increase the contribution continuously which is compatible with the structure of the company.

 

The job offer will be made to the candidates who is considered as successful in both interviews. The employee will be requisitioned to two months trial process in accordance to Labour Law.
The candidates who don’t fulfill the job requirements will be informed by mail and their resumes will be saved in database for one year to evalute for another positions of the company. 
 

The first interview with the candidates will be done by Human Resources. After this interview, the candidates who meet the required qualifications will be invited to the second interview that will be done with the related department manager.


The applications to the Ünsal Çelik can be sent by e-mail, website, or from the different sources as the suggestions of the employees or the consulting firms. All the applications will be entered to the Ünsal Çelik Human Resources applications database. And the applications will be evaluated in terms of a free position which falls within the budget.
