The aim of the Employement Process at Ünsal Çelik, is being get individuals into the company who will perform completely certain requirements of the position that is undertaken and who will increase the contribution continuously which is compatible with the structure of the company.
The job offer will be made to the candidates who is considered as successful in both interviews. The employee will be requisitioned to two months trial process in accordance to Labour Law. The first interview with the candidates will be done by Human Resources. After this interview, the candidates who meet the required qualifications will be invited to the second interview that will be done with the related department manager. |
